Your environment variables are stored encrypted at rest and are never visible to other customers or staff. We recommend storing tokens as environment variables rather than in source files.

A gift link is a redeemable URL you apply to your own Discord account. A Nitro ID activation is applied directly to your Discord user ID by our team. Both give you the same Nitro benefits — the difference is only in how the activation is delivered.
Never. We only ever need your Discord user ID (for Nitro ID activations) or your server ID (for boosts). Anyone asking for your password or token is not us.
Gift links are usually delivered within 1–15 minutes. Nitro ID activations and boosts typically take 5–30 minutes depending on order volume. If your order exceeds the stated window, contact support and we'll resolve it or refund you.
Yes — Nitro time stacks. Redeeming a gift link while you already have an active subscription extends your existing period.
Boosts raise your server's tier, unlocking better audio quality, more emoji slots, higher upload limits, a vanity URL at Level 3, and a custom banner. Boost packages are applied to the server ID you provide.

Bluenodes was started because hosting for Discord communities was either cheap and unreliable, or expensive and impersonal. We wanted neither.
Our story
We ran communities before we ran a hosting company. We knew the frustration of a bot going offline at 3 AM, of a Minecraft server stuttering through a boss fight, of opening a ticket and waiting two days for a copy-pasted reply — and paying premium prices for the privilege.

1. Agreement
By ordering any Bluenodes service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to hosting plans, Discord Nitro products and server boosts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter a contract. Customers under 18 must have guardian consent.
3. Services
Bluenodes provides game server hosting, Discord bot hosting and authorized Discord products. We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
4. Payment & renewal
Services are prepaid. Invoices are due on the renewal date; unpaid services may be suspended after a 48-hour grace period and terminated after 7 days. Prices are shown in INR or USD and may change with 30 days' notice.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content hosted on your service, for keeping your credentials secure, and for complying with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws.
6. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate a service immediately for abuse, illegal content, DDoS participation, resource abuse, or non-payment. Where reasonable, we will notify you first and give you the chance to resolve the issue.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluenodes is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days. Keep your own backups.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on Discord and by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
1. What we collect
Account data (name, email, Discord ID), billing data (invoices, transaction IDs, payment method type), technical data (IP address, browser, log files) and support communications.
2. Why we collect it
- To provision and operate your services.
- To process payments and issue invoices.
- To provide support and respond to tickets.
- To detect abuse and secure the network.
- To send service notices and, with consent, product updates.
3. Payment data
Card and UPI details are processed directly by Razorpay, Stripe or PayPal. Bluenodes never stores full card numbers or UPI credentials.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us operate the service — payment gateways, our infrastructure providers and email delivery — and where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Account and billing records are kept for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet tax obligations. Server data is deleted 7 days after service termination.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing blue@bluenodes.bond. We respond within 30 days.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable. Access is restricted to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.
1. Hosting plans
New hosting orders are eligible for a full refund within 72 hours of the first payment, provided the service has not been used for abuse and no chargeback has been filed. Renewal payments are non-refundable.
2. Nitro & boost products
Digital Discord products are non-refundable once delivered and redeemed. If we fail to deliver within the stated window, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement at your choice.
3. How to request a refund
Open a billing ticket in Discord or email blue@bluenodes.bond with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violating the Acceptable Use Policy, for services with excessive resource abuse, or for custom work already completed.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved within minutes. Fraudulent chargebacks result in immediate account suspension.
1. Prohibited content and activity
- Illegal content or activity under Indian or international law.
- DDoS tooling, botnet control, port scanning or network attacks.
- Crypto mining, file sharing of copyrighted material, or torrenting on hosting nodes.
- Spam, phishing, malware distribution or fraudulent services.
- Child sexual abuse material — reported to authorities immediately.
- Content that violates Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
2. Resource abuse
You must stay within the RAM, CPU and storage allocated to your plan. Sustained abuse that degrades other customers may result in throttling, forced upgrade or suspension.
3. Security
Keep your panel credentials private. Do not attempt to access other customers' services, the host node, or our internal systems. Report vulnerabilities responsibly to blue@bluenodes.bond.
4. Enforcement
We investigate reports promptly. Depending on severity, we may issue a warning, suspend the service, or terminate the account without refund.
1. Scope of products
Bluenodes offers authorized Discord Nitro gift links, Nitro ID activations and Discord server boosts. We do not sell, rent or transfer Discord accounts, tokens, or any form of account access.
2. No credentials required
We will never ask for your Discord password, email password, 2FA code or token. For Nitro ID activations and boosts we need only your Discord user ID or server ID, which are public identifiers.
3. Discord Terms of Service
All products must be used in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Purchasing or using products in violation of those terms is your responsibility and may result in action by Discord.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates. Gift links are typically delivered within 1–15 minutes; Nitro IDs and boosts within 5–30 minutes. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you receive a full refund.
5. Redemption
Gift links must be redeemed at discord.com/nitro while logged into your own account. Links are single-use and cannot be reissued once redeemed.
6. Not affiliated with Discord
Bluenodes is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. "Discord" and "Nitro" are trademarks of Discord Inc., used here only to describe the products.
